Refund policy
Personalized & Custom Items Due to the nature of personalized and made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has started on a personalized or custom item, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
