Silver Lining Creations NL currently ships within Canada only. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally.

Production Time

Many of our products are personalized or made to order. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Production times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or for larger and custom orders. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 2–7 business days within Canada, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Tracking

Orders are shipped using Canada Post or another available shipping service, depending on the order and destination.

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local pickup may be available in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Local delivery may also be available in select areas. Please contact us for availability and details.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. Silver Lining Creations NL is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Personalized Orders

Personalized and custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review all personalization information carefully before submitting your order.
